    question Name-xyz.com vs Name-x.com

I own a domain (ex: Name-x.com) and I see a company with the name (Name-xyz) and domain (Name-xyz.com). They have trademarked the name (Name-xyz) Is it fine if I pitch them or would that risk a potential USPTO/wipo case and have a chance to lose the domain?

Seems like Uspto trademark search site has got a change and it doesn't look easy now. I believe the earlier one was much simpler and easier to sort the names.
