First mistake: they don't register, although payment part is ok.
Second mistake: not refunding for failed registration (registered elsewhere) automatically.
Of course they will refund if I make a request (so far they didn't after request),
but what if I don't see what they did.. it will be forgotten.
Maybe this is their new business model, squeeze all lemons.
