RDNH (Reverse Domain Name Hijacking) is common in Domain Name Industry. Someone files complaint about a domain name in bad faith. Mostly attempting to get a domain in a cheap price by using UDRP as instrument.
The most recent case is Kosmos.com, has been ruled as RDNH. But it is the second time the owner has to defend the domain in court. First UDRP was on 2015, from other company. Both UDRP were lost in court, but time and money consuming to the owner.
Why there is no fair punishment for RDNH? It is surely needed because this bad habit is continuing again and again. Why bad faith complaints are not punished by the law, since attempting to acquire valuable domains in cheap price through UDRP is very common? The rule has to stop it... It is not fair to domain owner..
